Outlaws 6 Sudbury 5
Muskoka Outlaws 18U were victorious against Sudbury 6-5 on Friday.
Muskoka Outlaws 18U opened the scoring in the first after Jaxon Price grounded out, scoring one run.
Muskoka Outlaws 18U added one run in the second. Zachary Montambeault walked, making the score 2-0.
An error gave Sudbury the lead, 3-2, in the bottom of the fourth.
Muskoka Outlaws 18U captured the lead, 6-4, in the top of the seventh when Tyler Jenkins Gaudet hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, Augustino Bonadie singled, scoring one run, and Braidyn Hopkins doubled, scoring two runs.
Dawson Babineau started on the hill for Muskoka Outlaws 18U. They surrendered three hits and four runs (three earned) over five innings, striking out eight and walking five. Alex Johnston and Bonadie each appeared in relief for Muskoka Outlaws 18U.
Hopkins led Muskoka Outlaws 18U with two hits in three at bats. Muskoka Outlaws 18U turned one double play in the game.
